Abstract: RAG promises a lot but what really limits its potential in practice? In this talk, I will present the pain points we uncovered from gaps in accuracy to user experience. I’ll walk through how we tackled these challenges, not just with technical fixes but by focusing on building user trust and aligning with real business value.
