Analysts' salary is definitely lower than software engineers on average based on Glassdoors data. I believe it is not about skills, but about the lifetime value of analysts' work versus engineers'. I am going to prove this statement with data and help data analysts make their work more valuable for decision makers. Or work less with the same outcome, up to you :)
