Michael Glavich leads growth & strategy in the development of Cognitive Infrastructures evolution to Smart Cities. Michael works with the AI MINDSystems Foundation & Trusted Data Ecosystem as VP & Global GM, Head of Cognitive Infrastructures & Smart Cities. Michael also works with The Blockchain Research Institute (Don Tapscott, CEO), AI 2030 (Responsible AI, Ethics, Data & Sustainability), MetaWorldX (Digital Twins & IoT – Neom & Tonomus Group) on a number of Smart City projects around the world.

Zan Lowe-Skillern is the Chief of Staff and Ecosystem Development Lead at AI MINDSystems Foundation, a group of initiatives laying the digital infracture for secure personal data ownership, collaborative industry compute for health & economic equity, and enablement of truly ethical AI. Prior to this role, Zan was a Co-Founder at Public Good Pharma, a company using innovative clinical trial design to fund lower-cost treatment development through downstream reimbursement savings. Zan's background is in helping foreign digital health and immersive tech startups connect with Silicon Valley partnerships, investors, and market entry.

Gloria Wang is a member of Blockchain@Berkeley and co-instructed the first blockchain online course in collaboration with edX and UC Berkeley. She has contributed to the open-source Bitcoin repository and worked as a backend developer at BitGo, a leading digital asset wallet company. GBA infrastructure Webinars are held on the second Thursday of each month at the time below to discuss state and local uses of web3, smart city technology & digital assets. Each month we showcase different uses of blockchain topics.
