ignore gravity designs leadership development programs and innovative strategies for large organizations in the for-profit, non-profit, and public sectors. They have also made a name among startup founders in various accelerators and incubators. Notably, the leAD Sports Accelerator has achieved global success, and the Grace Accelerator has become essential for supporting female entrepreneurs.
Guided by regeneration, mindfulness, and empathy, they explore innovative consulting and Mixed Reality as part of their work, with AI being a significant overarching theme. They aim to bring different scenes together, like programmers and consultants, newcomers and top managers, dancers and innovation managers.
About Grace Accelerator:
Grace stands for Female Entrepreneurship, Empowerment, and Diversity.
Grace empowers women with entrepreneurial ambitions and women in leadership positions, supporting them in developing and implementing their ideas.
Grace has already supported over 100 women with a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation and is dedicated to actively building and shaping the startup ecosystem for female entrepreneurs.
Currently, Grace is running the Grace Berlin Accelerator which is an impactful accelerator program for 14 founders along with a scholarship for 6 months to fully concentrate on building their businesses.
The program is open to all industries and various startup initiatives (including non-profit ventures).
Grace is funded by the European Social Fund Plus with funds from the European Union and the State of Berlin.
