Artificial Intelligence is changing the way we use software. It takes us from a world of deterministic interfaces toward more flexible, probabilistic interactions - and while these are often more powerful, they also require more judgement, critical thinking, and know-how from users.

Janna will talk about state-of-the-art best practices and design patterns in AI UX design. We will cover topics such as how to manage failures, guide users through AI interfaces, and communicate the capabilities, but - crucially - also the limitations of an AI product or feature. And you'll have the chance to ask her all your burning questions about creating AI products!
