Agenda
5:30 PM: Arrival
6:00 PM: Welcome
6:15 PM: Wisdom & Tactics: How K15t Successfully Migrated 2,000 Pages of Documentation to the Cloud
What does it mean for a company with over 2,000 internal Confluence pages to move from on-premise to Cloud? Join Max Förster as he takes you through K15t's journey of conquering challenges and successfully migrating their extensive product documentation.
6:50 PM: How to Migrate Apps to the Cloud
Using the reporting app Exply as an example, Alex from Sandstorm will explain how we migrated our Jira Server App to Jira Cloud in a few weeks in compliance with the German Data Protection Act. The Kubernetes infrastructure used, which runs on its own servers at Hetzner, as well as the integrated auto-scaling for new instances and servers, including zero-downtime updates, play central roles in this.
7:20 PM: Innovation at ScriptRunner: Evolving for the future of IT automation
Join us for an update on the latest innovations across the ScriptRunner suite of products.
We’re excited to unveil HAPI, a simpler way to define automations for our on-prem users. HAPI opens the doors of coding and makes automaton heroes of administrators of any background. Over on ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud: Behaviours has arrived. Our most-requested feature allows you to conditionally change how fields behave when creating a new Jira issue, giving you even more control and flexibility.
Don’t miss out: learn how ScriptRunner is evolving with Atlassian to transform IT automation.
8:00 PM: Lightning Talk with EverIT

My journey in IT world started as a support engineer. I realised quickly that a lot of teams straggle with collaboration, transparency and tracking work done/undone. That was the time when Atlassian kicked the door down and jumpstarted my career. From that time I'm Atlassian Evangelist, Solution Architect and passionate about Agile Methodology. My business goal is to facilitate people's work by giving them tools that are available from anywhere and at anytime. Key words for myself are simplification and automation.
