Errors happen in every system, and you need to find ways to manage them. Power Query is the engine that does the data transformation and preparation, and errors that you get when refreshing your data impact the load of the data into your BI system. By catching the error rows instead of ignoring them and getting the details of the errors, you can get a data steward to help in fixing the source of some of those errors. In this session, Reza shares some tips, tricks, and techniques for capturing errors in Power Query and using them to present exception reporting in Power BI. Expect to learn techniques using Power Query and M in Power BI and Dataflow in this session.
