Olcayto Cengiz \| Creative Experience builder Born and raised in Istanbul and now based in Potsdam, Olcayto is a seasoned creative with over 25 years of experience, which marked by numerous awards and recognitions. Olcayto dedicated and honed his skills to craft engaging innovative experiences in creative concepts, product design, user experiences, creative strategies, loyalty, gamification, and emerging technologies like VR and AI.
Beyond his professional skills, Olcayto is a passionate technology, comics, movies and “anything with wheels and engines” enthusiast. His most proud and all-time favorite title is “Rüzgar’s dad”

Dennis Neuendorf \| Manager & Consultant at Netlight Consulting Dennis is a Tech enthusiast with a history of over 14 years as Consultant in Germany and Sweden. As a Manager at Netlight Consulting, he advises clients about Digital Transformation Strategies and Engineering Excellence. AI-driven decision-making and performance optimization through GenAI have become essential topics in Netlight's conversations with various tech organizations. While the initial boosts in productivity are becoming measurable, Dennis also remains a fan of traditional human skills: "Despite the very fast transformation triggered by AI, I deeply believe that human leadership and creativity will remain the most important factor for future company success, especially together with AI." Dennis lives in Berlin, loves riding his road bike and became an expert in spending weekends on playgrounds.

Gugu Ncube \| Tech Engineering Leader\, Search and Discovery Gugu is a tech enthusiast with a background as a Startup Co-Founder, CTO, and Director. He led engineering teams across various locations - focusing on building strong, high-performance teams and implementing effective solutions that drive business value and enhance efficiency. His leadership style promotes full autonomy alongside clear ownership, accountability, and transparency.

Yuanzhen Ji \| Development Manager at SAP Labs Berlin Yuanzhen is currently leading a team in the AI Core unit. Her professional background is in software engineering, and she began her journey at SAP in 2012 as a PhD candidate with a focus on data stream processing. In 2016, she transitioned to SAP's AI unit, where she progressed from developer to architect within her current team. She stepped into her management role in December 2022. Her team is tasked with managing an AI platform designed to efficiently handle the execution and operations of users' AI assets in a standardised, scalable, and hyperscaler-agnostic manner.
