If you are a Tech or Team Lead, you'll gain insights into the daily work of an EM and acquire the necessary skills to start your leadership career.

Jose Antonio Pio Gil (https://www.linkedin.com/in/jose-antonio-pio-gil-7137912/)Engineer Leader, SRE, and System Architect. Two decades of experience in Software Engineering. Currently leading three development teams at elopage.

🚀 This course is a pilot program The program may changeas we aim to help you master the most essential EM skills. We will adapt the program based on group dynamics and feedback. Focus on Startups & Scale-upswe will focus on the unique aspects of startups and scale-ups. Many approaches can also be applied to enterprises as well. Limited Amount of ParticipantsThe course will have only two groups with 5 people in each group. The number of participants is limited to ensure quality interaction and personalized coaching.
