Welcome Address Talk 1 : SAP Business AI – Why Should You Care? – Get ready for an interactive session that takes you through a refresher on AI concepts, SAP's unique approach to Business AI, and the reasons and methods they are employing to redefine the business landscape. Discover what SAP is striving to accomplish and why it matters to you as a professional in the tech arena. Speaker’s Bio: Akhil Agarwal is working as Chief Project Expert, and Senior Development Architect at SAP Innovation Center in Potsdam, Germany. Currently he is heading global development projects in SAP Business AI, focusing on generative AI Hub in SAP AI core. Prior to this, he led the SAP Start project to its general availability. During his career of 23+ years, Akhil has worked in areas such as SAP HR, Procurement and Logistics, Financials, and cross-project architecture in technical and managerial roles. He has co-authored three SAP Press books on enterprise application development. He is an avid reader, an active blogger, and a frequent speaker at international technology forums and conferences. With Electronics engineering background, he holds a master's degree in information technology from IIIT-Bangalore, and an MBA in strategy and finance from IIM-Kozhikode. He lives in Berlin with his entrepreneur wife and two lovely children. He takes pride in calling himself a global Indian. TALK 2: Navigating AI Content Safety – Walking the Line Between Too Little and Too Much – Addressing the ethical dimensions and safety concerns in AI, this presentation will offer insights into the balance of content moderation. Learn from firsthand experiences about implementing effective safety measures without compromising creativity and gain strategies to maintain both public trust and corporate reputation. Speaker’s Bio: Franziska Dobrigkeit has a background in software engineering and human-centered design. She joined SAP in August 2023 as Product Owner for the Cross Product Engineering team. In January 2024, she transitioned to SAP's AI Core Unit. In her current role, Franziska is responsible for enhancing LLM interactions by providing additional functionalities, such as content filtering and data masking, ensuring both robust performance and security.
