Using semantic clustering to detect intents, user needs and trends in SEO ​By Emilio Rivera-Landos (Desjardins) ​Description of the talk : As a financial cooperative, Desjardins is always looking for the best way to serve its members and clients: but what do they want ? A good way is to analyze what people query in Google search. By leveraging clusters and embeddings, we are able to analyze millions of queries and provide valuable insights for SEO professionals and content experts so they can propose changes. We will delve into what the ML system is, how it was engineered, the Ops side of it - Cloud and ML - and provide our learnings & recommandations. ​ 2. How to develop and productionalize a GenAI solution in a company? By Leonor Groell and Guillaume Prieur (Sia Partners) ​Description of the talk: In this presentation, two ML Engineers from Sia Partners will share their journey about developing and productionalizing a GenAI-powered chatbot for a company. They will share some good practices and key learnings for the main steps of the project, such as retrieving relevant data and evaluation.
