Abstract:
Join Thoughtworks Berlin, Employed.world, and IxDF Berlin for an evening dedicated to exploring how to turn design outcomes into real business impact. Together, we’ll discuss how to communicate effectively with stakeholders, balance creativity with organizational goals, and drive meaningful change through design — all on November 19, 2025.
This meetup is part of an ongoing series designed to support emerging UX and Product teams and leaders. Our goal is to provide practical knowledge, resources, and tools to help elevate UX maturity — both individually and across organizations.
By sharing diverse perspectives and real-world examples from Berlin’s scale-ups and enterprises, we aim to help participants uncover blind spots and gain actionable insights into how UX maturity is built and sustained at different levels of growth.
