Michael MacKenzie is the Vice President of Digital Operations at Microsoft, where he leads the strategic vision to connect the world’s operations through cutting-edge digital solutions. In this role, he drives innovation across cloud technologies, edge computing, IoT, and artificial intelligence to transform enterprise and industrial ecosystems. Prior to joining Microsoft, Michael worked as a software engineer and architect for a large industrial automation provider, deploying connected industrial control systems all over the globe.

Michael holds an MBA from Royal Roads University with a specialization in Leading Innovation from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a certificate in Managing Cybersecurity Risk from Harvard University.
