Enterprise Account Director - Multiverse

Louisa Dunwiddie is an experienced go-to-market leader, with a successful track record designing and delivering digital transformations, relationship building and leveraging data to drive decisions. She is currently an Enterprise Regional Director at Multiverse, where she led the development of their business value approach to quantify and communicate the impact of skills initiatives on a bottom line, and established the Business Value Consultancy team.

Prior to joining Multiverse, Louisa was a consultant in Mercer’s Talent practice, where she delivered strategic engagements around the world including San Francisco, Denver, Washington DC, Norway, the UK, and Portugal.

Louisa graduated cum laude from Claremont McKenna College with a BSc in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and holds a MSc, with Distinction, from the London School of Economics in Behavioural Science as well as an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
