Qays is a Senior Support Escalation Engineer at Microsoft. He started his career as a university graduate through the Aspire Program, first joining the SQL Server Reporting Services team before moving to the Power BI team. For the past 7 years, he has been supporting customers across a wide range of Power BI areas, including data integration, connectors, gateways, Analysis Services, Kerberos authentication, and VNet gateways. His role is to help organizations troubleshoot complex issues and adopt best practices that maximize the value of their BI solutions.
