Before coming to Databricks, he was a Power BI Architect, consulting for Fortune 500 companies through Valorem Reply. Hobbs has a Master's degree in public speaking and speaks regularly on various conference circuits. Outside of work, he volunteers as a part-time teacher of Rhetoric at a local school, has a beautiful wife and six children, enjoys 3d printing and Dungeons & Dragons, and loves to travel.
