Chief AI & Data Officer Mastercard

Greg Ulrich is the Chief AI and Data Officer at Mastercard and a member of the Management Committee, overseeing Mastercard’s AI and data strategy, governance, and the commercialization of internal and external applications. Before taking this role in 2024, he was Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and M&A, leading a global team in strategy development and inorganic investments. He has also guided Mastercard’s Data & Services strategy and led its North America Data & Services efforts, with more than 25 years of experience using data and insights to drive innovative solutions. Ulrich joined Mastercard in 2015 through the acquisition of Applied Predictive Technologies and previously held consulting roles, including at Marakon Associates; he holds an MBA from Wharton and a B.S. in Economics from Duke.
