Jason is responsible for driving EY's Microsoft consulting business, focusing on innovative solutions that enhance client experiences and enable business transformation. He is committed to ushering in a new agentic era that will reshape how businesses operate and how people work.

Jason collaborates across service lines, regions, and alliances to deliver integrated, repeatable solutions that create sustainable value. Jason also plays a key role in establishing EY as a trusted leader in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Jason spent 15 years at Avanade, prior to joining EY, where he held various roles including leading the Dynamics CRM and Digital Marketing businesses, launching the Digital Innovation Studios, and leading Global Client Solutions. Earlier in his career, he worked at MicroStrategy and several startups, one being acquired by Microsoft, another by Avanade. He began his professional journey in the U.S. Army as a drone pilot and intelligence analyst, with deployments to Croatia and Bosnia.
