As a doctoral engineer with an additional business background I have around 20 years of experience in the manufacturing environment of automation and packaging technology and in the area industry 4.0 - across the entire value chain under the use of AI technologies including realized international collaborations. So, collaboration between Krones and Microsoft and additional partners showed latest many possibilities in using AI for simulations. That could be the gamechanger during the next years to avoid waste, reduce energy consumption and costs in an early phase in the liquid food industry.
