Kineret Kimhi brings her >10 years of expertise in Data Management, Product and Strategy Analytics, and Data Governance to the forefront of innovative tech companies. Based in Paris, France, Kineret is currently Engineering Manager at BlaBlaCar Daily, where she leads the provision of Data products to a wide array of consumers, from ingestion to Data Visualization. Her leadership was instrumental in re-organizing BlaBlaCar’s 50-person data organization into a data mesh structure, optimizing for team autonomy in delivery of data products. Prior to her role at BlaBlaCar, Kineret served as Director of BI Analytics and Data Science at WalkMe in Tel Aviv, Israel. Here, she played a pivotal role in transforming data consumption across the company, building its comprehensive portfolio of dashboards. Kineret also established a BI Center of Excellence and introduced predictive analytics to business units, driving strategic decision-making at every level.
