Trevor is currently VP of Product at Microsoft, where he has led development of agentic M365 Copilot experiences, including Agent Mode in Excel. He has previously led product teams at Google, YouTube, Twitter, Coda, Medium, and Adobe, driving several transformative initiatives: YouTube’s shift to a channel-centric platform, the first application of machine-learning for YouTube recommendations, and the first algorithmic Twitter Home Timeline. His work at YouTube earned a Technical Emmy Award for advancements in personalized recommendation systems. Trevor was also the founder and CEO of Projector, a collaborative graphic design platform acquired by Medium in 2021.
Before his product career, Trevor was a Ph.D. candidate in computer graphics and visualization at Brown University. He began his career as a software engineer in the games industry at Rockstar New England and has also taught high-school mathematics.
