Moza Al Futtaim is the Chief AI Officer at Al-Futtaim Group, one of the most progressive regional family business conglomerates, head-quartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Moza has been appointed as the first Chief AI Officer at Al-Futtaim Group, reflecting the Group's commitment to embracing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance operations and customer experiences.
Moza, a fourth-generation member of this family-owned enterprise, continues to report directly to Vice Chairman and CEO, Mr Omar Al Futtaim. She embraces her new role as Chief AI Officer with a mission to lead and integrate Artificial Intelligence technologies across the Group's diverse sectors. Her strategic focus is on enhancing efficiency, customer experience, and business growth, ensuring the effective adoption of AI to drive the Group's ambitions, and fostering a culture of innovation and learning, solidifying AI's role in the Group's strategic development.
Moza previously held the position of Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at Al-Futtaim Group, where she led significant initiatives that underscored the Group's commitment to social welfare and environmental sustainability. Her strategic leadership resulted in vital aid for global disaster relief efforts, innovative CSR compliance for business contracts, and the establishment of inclusive employment opportunities. Through partnerships with key organisations and direct community engagement. Moza is also an instrumental collaborator in many projects across Al-Futtaim Group, namely Blue Rewards and the Strategic Partnership with COP28 in the UAE, laying a robust foundation for her transition to a role centred on technological innovation and AI-driven development.
Prior to this, she gained experience at prestigious international law firms, including Allen & Overy.
Moza holds a bachelor's degree in law from SOAS, University of London, and is pursing a master's degree in international financial & commercial law at King's College, London.
