As a Technical Account Manager at Snowplow, Jon Su collaborates closely with customers to design and build out their best-in-class customer data infrastructure on Snowplow. With experience working with customers across retail, fintech, media, and other industries, Jon helps organizations unlock operational value from their behavioral data and turn data into outcomes. Prior to joining Snowplow, Jon worked as the EU/UK Regional Data Analytics Lead for a Google Cloud consultancy where he supported customers with Martech and Cloud technical implementations and roadmap strategies.
