Jason Kikta is the Chief Technical Officer at Automox, where he leads the IT, Security, Product, and Engineering departments in building and securing the Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM) platform that ensures your endpoints are always patched, configured, controlled, and secured – automatically.

He previously served for over twenty years in the US Marine Corps, which included seven years at US Cyber Command, designing and managing the national counter-cyber mission against state and ransomware actors. He spearheaded DoD’s evolution of cyberspace operations: creating the first offensive-defensive integrated missions, establishing hunt/IR teams, developing foreign hunt missions, designing the public disclosure program, and launching the operational collaboration program with industry.

Jason is also an adjunct lecturer at the Alperovitch Institute for Cybersecurity Studies at Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC. Additionally, he is an adjunct senior technical advisor to the Institute for Security and Technology in San Francisco.
