We’ve shipped a range of GenAI-powered features, gaining valuable insights throughout the process. In this presentation, we’ll share the technical lessons we’ve learned from developing and deploying both internal and customer-facing chatbots. We’ll also demonstrate how we’re embedding multimodal GenAI into our automation workflows, bringing it closer to our business to drive measurable impact.

Integrating LLMs into Product Development: A Low-Code Approach - Alexandre Lemos, Jonathan Algar and Francisco Caldas (Outsystems) This talk dives into the technical challenges of generating enterprise-grade apps from user requirements and creating an interactive user experience for app editing within an AI-driven low-code IDE. It covers some of the hurdles of working with large language models (LLMs) to production—such as balancing performance, quality, and cost. The presentation unpacks the complexities of integrating pretrained and fine-tuned models for low-code generation. The team also shares insights into building an AI product in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
