I love running this little in-house Jira shop. I’ve been managing projects and implementing collaboration tools since in 2012 and the Atlassian products and events have been instrumental in my career. I think the job has evolved a lot in this time, from implementing pretty much anything following exotic requirements, to the art of challenging needs and crafting smart and simple solutions while continuously cleaning up our mistakes of the past! Feel free to reach out if you want to chat about that :) Outside of work, I’m quite outdoorsy, I love hiking, sailing and rock climbing, but also quite into board games. Global Partner Atlassian (http://atlassian.com) Millions of users globally rely on Atlassian products every day for improving software development, project management, collaboration, and code quality. For over a decade, Atlassian customers have come together to network, share ideas, solve problems, and find new ways to use Atlassian products. Today, more than 15,000 people take part in Atlassian community events in more than 30 countries.Complete your event RSVP here: https://ace.atlassian.com/events/details/atlassian-paris-presents-atlassian-community-paris-la-rentree-2024/. |

Matthias GAISER (Société K15t) nous présentera le sujet suivante : Migrate to Jira Cloud in Phases Without Downtime "Atlassian’s Server support is going away in Feb. 2024, and it’s important to start thinking about migrating to Jira Cloud. But migrating in one go needs a lot of preparation and runs the risk of things getting out of control very quickly. Why not migrate in more manageable phases and reduce the risk of data losses and prolonged downtimes? In this talk, we’ll deep-dive into the migration to Jira Cloud, discuss the four migration strategies recommended by Atlassian, and shed some light on the pros and cons of a phased migration strategy. We will also discuss our practical recommendations for executing a successful phased migration." Andreas SPRINGER (Société Actonic) Head of Marketing Since the implementation of the GDPR, all organizations with relevant IT systems must consider how and where they store or process various types of personal information. Nevertheless, data protection is not yet a high priority for many companies. This changes at the latest when the works council imposes corresponding requirements on IT. This is the point at which customers typically turn to Actonic. While Atlassian is working on making its offerings compliant in terms of infrastructure, administrators are still responsible for their own data in their instances. Actonic will demonstrate in this ACE what obligations come with this and how the Actonic solution – “Data Protection and Security Toolkit” – can quickly and easily handle the corresponding processes. Our guest will be Andreas Springer, who has been the Head of Marketing at Actonic for over 4 years. He will talk about typical scenarios, blockers, and how they can be resolved. Restez connectés Agenda Speakers Matthias Gaiser - K15t Matthias is a product manager at K15t Software in Stuttgart, Germany. He has several years of professional experience in cross-system data exchange and is now working on Backbone Issue Sync to enable issue synchronization across departmental and B2B borders. When he's not developing software, you might catch him playing a boardgame.
