Building fast is easy. Building the right thing fast? That’s the real edge.
2025-06-18 · 19:00
Melissa Yacoub
– Head of Product
@ OBODO
Anyone can build fast. Tools, talent, and tech make shipping easier than ever. But speed alone is a blunt instrument—without precision, it just gets you to the wrong destination faster. This talk is about what truly sets exceptional teams apart: the ability to combine speed with certainty. We’ll explore how we embed rapid validation, lean research, and focused experimentation into your delivery cycles—so you’re not just moving quickly, but confidently. Because the winners in today’s product landscape aren’t the fastest builders. They’re the fastest learners. |

Thinking Beyond the Prompt: Why Context is Everything
2025-06-18 · 18:30
Brian Walters
– Head of Solutions Engineering
@ PingCAP
Most AI systems today operate in stateless environments, relying on limited prompt windows to infer context. But what happens when context isn’t just a feature, it’s the lifeblood? In this talk, Brian Walters explores the design and implementation of scalable, long-term memory for AI systems using TiDB. Drawing from real-world architectures and use cases, he walks through how TiDB’s hybrid transactional and analytical engine enables persistent memory that is queryable, versioned, and multi-modal. |

But what if your requirements for data refreshing are a bit more bespoke? What if you need to customise things a little bit? In this talk we’ll look at ways we can leverage the use of the XMLA Endpoint to implement Advanced Partitioning. About Mark Mark has just over 8 years of experience in the world of data, choosing to hone his skillset in Data Visualisation, Modelling and all things Power BI, but he can also write a mean SQL query and can talk strategy & culture too. Mark’s experience was built up working in the Recruitment and Facilities Management industries, before moving into Consultancy just over 2 years ago, where he focuses on teaching best practice across both Modelling and Visualisation disciplines and delivering user centric, self-service Power BI deployments at an Enterprise and SME level. Session 2 - The Kusto experience in Fabric - Brian Bønk Want to make a cutting edge data platform using Kusto in Fabric? Then come along for a journey into the world and wonders of Kusto and the new Streamevent service in Fabric.
