1. Migrating dbt at Pleo: Handy tools & approaches Speaker: Arın Tazeler (Pleo) Pleo is undergoing through a lot of migrations including a new dbt repository, moving gradually from the old one. Arin will share how they leverage functions like column-level lingeage using custom solutions in dbt Core, and will dive into how Pleo approaches migrations with self-built tools.
2. Opinionated ESG Data Product Development with dbt Speaker: Charles T. Gray (TDC Net) Charles will present how to scale data governance using an opinionated, test-driven development strategy that emphasizes parallelized development, efficiency, and transparency. She will deep dive into test definitions for ESG reporting at TDC Net.
3. Building a strong semantic layer with dbt and Lightdash Speaker: Kilian Tscherny (Skatteguiden) Learn how Skatteguiden built a modern analytics stack with a strong semantic layer, to seamleassy integrate dbt with Lightdash for business insights. Kilian will present how they designed a scaleable, efficient data platform, why Lightdash has transformed their development flow, and how this approach has helped them stay agile as they reach 1 million users.
