He is also a member expert of the U.S. Marine Corps Cyber Auxiliary. As the VP emeritus Apache SpamAssassin project, he has battled spammers for years. His work is incorporated into numerous commercial platforms. In addition to helping the SpamAssassin project, he has proudly served as a treasurer and VP of Fundraising for the Apache Software Foundation to provide open, innovative software at no charge. Kevin is a proud entrepreneur, a Center for Innovative Technology MACH37 Graduate, and a member of the board of advisors for Virtru.com and Security University.edu.
