This talk will explore: How to use time series databases like InfluxDB for monitoring, anomaly detection, and forecasting in MLOps, Using Facebook’s Prophet for forecasting and Isolation Forest for detecting anomalies in real-time metrics, How Large Language Models (LLMs) can analyze events and identify unusual patterns to enhance cybersecurity and application monitoring, and See a live code demo showcasing real-time anomaly detection, forecasting trends, and analyzing events and metrics with time series data on InfluxDB (available on GitHub) Efficient NLP: Fine-Tuning Small Language Models Using Azure with Ben Keen, Data Science Manager, Microsoft. While large language models aim for advanced AI and run in huge data centers, small language models are designed for efficient use on devices like phones, laptops and even wearables. In this presentation we’ll cover how to use Microsoft Azure’s robust infrastructure and machine learning platform to fine-tune these models, how to evaluate and improve on them. We’ll cover some real world example projects where we’ve deployed these models and discuss how you can deploy them too. Small language models make advanced AI accessible to everyone, everywhere.
