About the evening

For many of us, the end of the year is a time to pause and reflect. We take stock of the highs and the lows and check our internal maps, asking:

Am I still on track to where I want to go?

This kind of reflection can highlight the need to change course or to make a pivot - never an easy thing to do!

In these moments, it’s good to have stories to turn to of folks who made brave changes and came out the other side - stronger, wiser, and (we hope!) happier for it.

In the last People & Culture Conversation of the year we’ll hear four stories of bold pivots and changes which are still unfurling. After, resilience coach Lin Cassie Zhen will moderate our conversation, highlighting the strength we each have in the face of change.

We hope you’ll join us!

Our Speakers

Veronika Ilina is a Senior Employer Branding & Internal Communications Consultant at LYAV. In 2020 she took a risk and stepped away from her career in HR to build a platform for techies. Come find out where it led.

Astrid Munk is the VP People & Culture at Adviqo Group. Hired to help integrate the company post-merger, she discovered that the company’s plan - and her position - had changed, putting her on a path she hadn’t expected.

Anastasia Ulanova is a global marketing leader and employer branding specialist. Following her family’s move to Germany this year she was in the midst of a job search when she got news of yet another change: she was pregnant! Explore her story of when all things change.

Diana Wenzel is an independent Systemic Personal & Business Coach who focuses on helping first-time leaders. Earlier this year, she was weighing a big decision: step away from the leadership track she was on to break out on her own. Come learn what tipped the scales.

Moderating our Conversation we’ll have Lin Cassie Zhen. Lin is a Design Mentor and Transformational Coach who focuses on guiding others through times of uncertainty.
