During this seminar, Carlos will share his motivations for switching careers after three decades in the chemical industry, the challenges he faced, and the steps he took to navigate this change. He'll also discuss his current role as a full-time Power BI professional at Anglian Water Ltd.

Within Anglian Water, Carlos operates in the Water Business Stream, supporting operational efficiency and business control through enhanced data insights. Leveraging his expertise in Power BI, he creates customized reports and analyses that empower data-driven decision-making, thereby enhancing operational effectiveness and bolstering business control measures.

Having been a resident of England since 2007, Carlos, originally from Brazil, brings with him a background in industrial chemistry and extensive experience in analytical labs, processing, research and development, and factories.
