Join us on 20 November to hear how we can drive sustainable value out of AI and cloud computing while controlling their impact on our environment.
Investment in GenAI is growing like crazy with huge implications for future cloud usage - and the costs and carbon emissions that go with it. Carbon emissions from IT already exceed those from the entire aviation industry. So long as data centres rely on electricity supples from fossil fuels, carbon emissions are set to rise even further unless we take action to limit them.
FinOps and GreenOps offer a well-defined strategic path to better value and lower environmental impact. Join us at IBM London on 20 November to see how we can get control over what cloud is going to cost us and limit its climate impact.
Hosted by IBM, this Meetup will look at practical ways we can control how we use cloud to maximise its value to all of us - and our children.
