About the speaker: Ruslan Vorobev is Head of Product with a strong focus on innovation and AI-driven solutions. He has overseen product and business development across sustainability, circular economy, and manufacturing domains, helping scale digital products from early prototypes to market-ready solutions. His work combines hands-on experimentation with practical automation to turn ideas into tangible impact.

From AI-Enabled to AI Native Mirela Mus, Founder & CPO at Product People

This talk focuses on how we can future-proof not only our careers but also our products and business models in the age of AI. Mirela explores the shift from simply using LLM to speed up PM work to building AI-first products where and when it matters, with three case studies.

About the speaker: Mirela Mus is the Founder and CPO of Product People, the premier destination for Product Management services in Europe. Mirela and her team supported eBay, DeepL, the World Health Organization, aside from many VC and PE-backed ventures. Her background is in Computer Science, plus an MBA. She's been doing product management for 12+ years, half of which were in a leadership role (50+ people). Based between Berlin and Zurich, Mirela spends her downtime hiking, painting, and reading Sci-fi like The Culture series. —
