Jyoti Pal is a Principal Product Manager at Microsoft, focused on bringing enterprise knowledge to every employee through Copilot. She works on product strategy for Copilot Connectors and collaborates across engineering, marketing, and customer programs to make it easy for organizations to securely connect content—from documents and wikis to tickets and CRM—to Copilot experiences. She believes that empowering every employee starts with making sure everything they work on is connected to AI and speaks to each other—so people feel confident about their work and gain time for what’s most meaningful. Her work focuses on connector quality, and scenario design that turns connected data into everyday wins across Copilot Chat, Researcher, and search. Previously, Jyoti helped shape Microsoft Search and worked on extensibility frameworks like Search customization, Adaptive Cards and Office 365 connectors.
