Kaleem Rahman is a Principal Product Manager at Microsoft, where he leads Agents in Viva Engage communities, AI assistants that help answer questions and handle routine community tasks using each community’s conversations and knowledge sources. For the past five years, he has built Viva Engage’s knowledge-sharing capabilities so employees can better discover, contribute, and apply expertise at scale. He holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Human-Computer Interaction and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
