In this talk, we introduce Entropy Quantum Computing (EQC), a novel optimization paradigm that stabilizes quantum reservoirs into ground states to solve complex problems. The presentation covers a hybrid photonic-electronic platform encoding photon qudits in time-frequency domain, integration of electronic interconnects to realize arbitrary Hamiltonians, and benchmarking on the Dirac-3 hardware. The second part applies EQC to credit card fraud detection via Continuous Variable Quantum Boosting (CVQBoost), comparing performance with XGBoost on synthetic datasets up to 70 million samples. Live demos of Dirac-3 will be conducted at the NY Quantum Meetup.
