Kent Graziano, AKA The Data Warrior, is an internationally recognized industry thought leader, award winning speaker, author, and semi-retired Snowflake Data Cloud and Data Vault evangelist with too many decades in the industry to count! He is a Data Vault Master, Knight of the Oaktable, Oracle ACE Director โ€“ Alumni, and Grandmaster of TaeKwonDo. He is a recognized expert in Snowflake Data Cloud, agile data warehousing and agile data modeling. Kent has written numerous articles and blog posts, authored three Kindle books (available on Amazon.com), co-authored four other data related books, and has done hundreds of presentations and podcasts, nationally and internationally. He was a co-author of the 1st edition of The Data Model Resource Book, as well as the first book on Data Vault (with Dan Linstedt), and Kent was technical editor for Super Charge Your Data Warehouse (the main technical book for DV 1.0). As the owner and chief strategic advisor for Data Warrior, LLC, Kent also advises numerous companies in the Snowflake and Data Vault ecosystem such as DataOps.live, Coalesce, Zetaris, SqlDBM, Wherescape, Right Triangle, and DataRebels. When he is not thinking about data and the cloud you might find Kent kayaking, taking foodie pictures, practicing martial arts, volunteering at his local food bank, or just sitting on a beach watching the waves roll in โ€“ looking for that next perfect wave. We didn't even get past his early days building data warehouses because it was so fascinating.
