Robyn McLaughlin is a Senior Director of Product Management for Surface at Microsoft, leading strategy and execution across the product portfolio. With over 14 years on the Surface team, she brings deep expertise from her time leading engineering teams and shaping Microsoft’s hardware evolution. Her career began at Dell, where she built a strong foundation in product development. She’s passionate about prototyping, innovating, and delivering human-centered experiences that balance technical possibilities with user needs. Robyn holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity University and currently lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, a biology research scientist, and their three energetic kids. Rain or shine, they love exploring the outdoors and baking together. Robyn also actively supports STEM outreach, encouraging girls and young women to pursue careers in technology.
