Krishna Kumar Parthasarathy is the Corporate Vice President of the Microsoft Sentinel Platform, Microsoft’s AI-first security platform that unifies data, intelligence, and automation across the enterprise. At its foundation is the Sentinel Data Lake - a modern, hyperscale platform for security analytics, paired with the Sentinel graph, which models complex relationships across identities, assets, and activities. Together, they empower defenders and AI agents to reason over vast, interconnected datasets, delivering faster investigations, deeper insights, and proactive threat mitigation. With over 27 years at Microsoft and more than 30 years of industry experience, Krishna has been at the forefront of building data and security platforms that serve the world’s largest enterprises. Prior to leading Sentinel, he was CVP and chief engineering leader of Microsoft Purview, where he drove innovations in data security, insider risk, governance, compliance, and information protection. Krishna holds a master’s degree in computer science. His career has been defined by advancing data analytics and cybersecurity on a global scale, consistently pushing the boundaries of how organizations protect themselves against evolving digital threats.
