Andy O’Dower is the Vice President of Product Management at Twilio, where he leads the company’s Voice AI, Voice, and Video product lines. His work focuses on building trusted, real-time voice experiences that combine programmable communications, customer data, and conversational AI to help enterprises automate and scale critical interactions. With more than 20 years of experience across B2B, B2C, and platform API companies, Andy has built and scaled products used by millions of users and generating hundreds of millions in revenue. Prior to Twilio, he led product and platform teams at Curiosity, Snapsheet, and Wowza, driving advancements in streaming, automation, and developer tools. Andy is passionate about applied AI, low-latency voice, and the future of programmable customer engagement. He holds an MBA from Rockhurst University and is based in Evergreen, Colorado.
