Currently Craig leads up the Managed Security Service (MSS) product Management organization under Lumen’s Managed & Professional Services (M&P). As the former SVP of Global Operations at Masergy (acquired by Comcast Business), Craig led international teams of 350+ employees, driving operational excellence and customer experience across multiple product sets including AI/ML business use cases, MDR, and SASE solutions focused on delivering 24/7 Managed Services to customers across the world.

Craig's expertise spans from building and scaling expert cyber and network teams, providing consulting services to global enterprises, to M&A due diligence having played a role in multiple successful acquisitions.
