Paolo Pialorsi is Senior Developer Advocate for Microsoft 365 at Microsoft Corporation. He has extensive expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Copilot, and security from a developer perspective, and is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Master – Charter SharePoint as well as a former Microsoft MVP. He is a regular speaker at international IT conferences and author of eight Microsoft Press books on .NET, Windows, SharePoint, Graph, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, plus three Italian-language books; since January 2015 he has served on the Steering Group of the Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Community.

Using Copilot Studio, you’ll architect a multi-layered agent that adapts to user goals, personalizes guidance based on persona, and makes intelligent decisions using structured flows and real-time data. Along the way, you’ll learn how to combine retrieval and dynamic logic to go beyond Q&A.
