Craig McQueen is Vice President, AI Solutions at Softchoice, where he leads the development and execution of the company’s AI strategy across customer-facing services. His work spans AI strategy, data governance, adoption and change management, and technical implementation. Craig’s career includes co-founding a company acquired by Bell Canada and consulting for technology sales leadership at organizations such as Dell across North America and Europe. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, specializing in Human-Computer Interaction.
