Teresa and her team equip Mastercard employees with a powerful, modern, and collaborative digital work environment focused on engineering solutions that increase employee productivity. She strives to facilitate quality, stability and a Best-in-Class work experience for employees, partners, and customers. Teresa brings extensive experience from CenturyLink where she served as Vice President Service Delivery, Customer Design & Implementation, as well as leadership positions at Williams Communications (Level 3) and TelePacific. Teresa graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a BS in Merchandising Management and Marketing with a minor in Business Administration. She holds a graduate Leadership Certificate from Wash U.
