Dr. Anna Montgomery is the Operations Director at Change Chemistry, a nonprofit industry association advancing market transformation toward safer, more sustainable chemistry. She designs and optimizes systems, integrates AI solutions, and elevates member engagement and value. Her work has united fragmented data environments for better insight, created workflows saving hundreds of thousands annually, automated collections for a four-fold efficiency gain, and helped drive 18–34% year-over-year revenue growth.

A strategist and organizational scientist, Anna coaches distributed teams to translate vision into scalable operations. With decades of leadership and consulting experience across nonprofits and government, she holds an Ed.D. in Organizational Change & Leadership and an M.P.A. from the University of Southern California, and a B.A. in Biology from Colorado College.

She is passionate about how technology and design thinking can amplify organizational capacity, enabling small and mid-sized organizations to create outsized positive impact.
