With a proven track record of operating at CXO level within some of the UK’s largest organisations, Daniel specialises in driving data-led transformations that unlock growth, operational efficiency, and customer value. Currently serving as the Interim Chief Data Officer for New Look a leading UK fashion retailer, Daniel has architected and mobilised a comprehensive data strategy aligned with top-line business objectives delivering enhanced decision-making and operational efficiencies across an intelligent end-to-end value chain. His previous roles include Co-Interim Chief Data Officer at a major health, beauty, and pharmacy retailer, where he helped establish a centralised Data Office, and Interim Chief Data Officer for the UK’s largest digital retailer, where he led the development of a new data operating model, a modern Azure cloud data platform and a transformation roadmap. Daniel’s leadership has also extended across Europe, where he directed multi-region teams delivering cloud data platforms for a large grocery retailer—supporting personalisation, analytics, and the successful re-launch of a loyalty scheme that re-engaged over 3 million customers.
