With over 20 years of experience spanning consultancy and in-house executive leadership roles, she has built a career around using data to unlock value, drive innovation, and enable business-wide transformation. Her work spans multiple sector including telecoms, retail, travel, and automotive, with a focus on embedding data and AI into decision-making at scale. Kinnari has been named to the DataIQ 100 for seven consecutive years and was recently recognised as one of the Top 20 Women in Data and Tech (2023). At the core of her leadership philosophy is a belief in purposeful, inclusive leadership.
