Microsoft Copilot Tuning

Tanaya is a Product Manager on Microsoft 365 Copilot Tuning, a frontier team bringing together AI research, applied science, and engineering to advance the next wave of Copilot customization. The team is redefining how enterprises fine-tune large language models securely, at scale, and without ML expertise enabling every information worker to build models that talk, think, and work like them, forming the foundation of the enterprise brain.

Previously, Tanaya was a founding member of the Microsoft 365 Copilot Agents Platform, where she shaped how Copilot agents engage with enterprise data, skills, and workflows. Her work spanned the rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot to millions of users, the Frontier Program (bringing agents like Researcher and Analyst to life), and the Copilot Control System, establishing enterprise-grade governance for AI agents.
