Paul Bell leads the Data Trust & Integrity function for Entain PLC within the group data office. He is building a data consumer demand driven programme of use cases to introduce tailored, problem-solving data governance & data quality assets, practices and processes. Paul has 30 years’ experience, mostly in Financial Services where at Deutsche Bank he first participated in the regulatory driven rise of data governance which started 10 years ago. Paul’s banking career included 14 years out of his UK base working in the U.S.A., Asia, the Middle East & Africa, providing him with a huge amount of cultural and strategic experience which informs his strong belief in data management developing demand-driven strategies as key to moving the dial on data culture and data understanding in large organisations.
